One of our main activities is the design and construction of washing systems for industrial plants, designed to meet the highest cleaning requirements and at the same time to minimize environmental impact.
In particular, we have specialized in the construction of washing stations for railway tanks containing petroleum or chemical products: we design the entire system, from the structural and mechanical to the automation parts.
The washings are realized with high pressure steam cycles hot water at 50 bar and include a drying cycle and final hot air degassing; they guarantee the removal of every residue and the reclamation of the tanks, making them suitable for the transport of new products. All without using chemicals. We use closed circuit water purification systems, so as to reduce water consumption and guarantee a management economy.
